Warranty
Warranties vary by manufacturer. Warranties cover only manufacturing defects or breakage occurring during normal use. If you damage your paddle by hitting the ground, the court floor, striking yourself or your partner, or hitting anything other than a pickleball… please do not request warranty coverage. We will always be fair in warranty settlements, but we ask for the same fairness in return. Keep in mind that your paddle must have a genuine defect to qualify for an exchange.
Paddles are not warranted against: normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications or alterations, improper use, inadequate maintenance, accident, misuse, negligence, damage, or if the product is used for a purpose for which it was not designed.
Regardless of the manufacturer:
- One (1) warranty per purchase, non-transferable (valid only for the original purchaser).
- Once a replacement is provided, the new paddle is no longer covered under warranty.
Warranty replacement shipping costs – PB Sport:
- Shipping costs for the replacement product are the customer’s responsibility. PB Sport does not pay for the shipping.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
Contact the manufacturer’s customer service: If you experience an issue with your sports equipment during the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer’s customer service as soon as possible. To initiate a warranty claim, please provide the following:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Detailed description of the issue or defect
- Any supporting documentation, such as photos or videos
Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer. Some manufacturers handle the warranty claim directly. Certain fees may apply and are not covered by PB Sport.
